The third annual Dan and Gemma Camp Classical Workshop was held on Fri., March 24 in the Robert and Freda Harrison Auditorium in Giles Hall.
A two-part lecture discussing history/design context and restoration of the Mississippi Capitol was led by聽Jennifer Baughn, chief architectural historian with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, and the School of Architecture鈥檚 own architect Lawson Newman聽with聽WFT Architects in Jackson.
A reception followed hosted by Alpha Rho Chi.
The program was聽made possible by an endowed gift from founder and developer of Starkville鈥檚 Cotton District development Dan and his wife Gemma, as well as generous gifts from Briar (S|ARC Class of 1994) and Michelle Jones.
